Return, Exchange & Refund Policy:

We donโ€™t accept returns, exchange or refunds for our products except in the case of Major Damage or Wrong item delivered (Size or colour or both different from the order).

To overcome this situation, it is must that you need to make an unboxing video. Return or refund requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

Suggestions to make the unboxing video while opening the parcel:

  1. The video should start, by showing the address label as it is sent by us right from the outer package.
  2. Video should be continuous, no cut or pause in the video footage will not be accepted.

NOTE: No replacement or refund will be done without video proof if in case u receive damaged or missing or any kind of issue. Please follow this strictly. Donโ€™t argue afterward.

How to Apply for a Return or Refund:

If you have a return, exchange or refund request and you meet the above conditions, you need to raise a query through our support platforms like Call or Website Support Portal within 24 hours from the delivery.

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING A PRODUCT:

In case there is a defect in the product, our team will do a quality check to ensure the same. If a defect is found, the cost of the product along with the shipping charges will be refunded.

Here are the lists of issues not considered defects (read more about them here):

  1. The small knots or bumps in threads you often see occur when broken threads are pieced together. This is not considered a defect.
  2. The uneven threads connecting the border to the body are not considered defects.
  3. Slubs โ€“ residual threads bundled together in tiny knots.
  4. Minute gaps in and around motifs.
  5. Dye โ€˜bleedingโ€™ onto the pallu from the body โ€“ this is common in powerloom sarees.
  6. Loose threads in Bandhani sarees are used for tying and dyeing.
  7. Color mismatch โ€“ colors are subjective, we understand. We try to best capture the truest colors of the saree. Despite that, due to individual device settings, the colors may appear different on different devices. Hence, it is advisable you check with our team if you are doubtful regarding the color of a product.

These are considered defects:

  1. Tear in the saree
  2. Incorrect length (instead of what was stated)
  3. Missing blouse piece (if mentioned that the saree has a blouse piece)

THE RETURN/EXCHANGE PROCESS:

You can return the item for a store credit or exchange for the same or higher-priced product.

If youโ€™d like to return a product, send us an email at shreecollection.1303@gmail.com with your concern within 3 days of receipt of the product.

Once we confirm that you would like to go ahead with the return, ship the products back to us within 7 days of receipt of the order. If you have any concerns regarding the duration or nature of the return, feel free to email us.

Returns on international shipments, are to be paid by the buyer and the customs for returns also will have to be borne by the buyer.
